Mr Fix it and Friends took me to the forest on New Year's Day to enjoy the Husky dogs pulling the sleigh's
The snow and ice have been causing all kinds of problems for people and animals - but for one particular past time, they couldn't have asked for anything more. Husky racers in Greystoke Forest near Penrith in Cumbria have been enjoying the snow because it means - for the first time in years - mushers can tackle the course on skis rather than wheels.And I was going to have a shot at it......................
it was slippy
Even the Coledale car park was tough going (what would the forest be like?)
Party on (honest it was pop, I have an early start tomorrow)

My friend Neil arranged through his friend Aimee that we could spend a fantastic New Years Day in the forest with the husky’s pulling me on a sleigh. ......................... It was fantastic!!! Thank you.

Fun but not as good as the dogs, you have to walk back up the hill.
Another new year and another party!! but what a difference snow and dogs and a invite to have a sleigh pulled by husky's in the forest makes to it all.
